Over the past two weeks, our country has been through a traumatic
experience dealing with the impact of the second strongest hurricane
ever recorded in the Atlantic and the strongest hurricane ever recorded
in The Bahamas.

Through it all, the National Emergency Management
Agency has coordinated a coalition of governmental and non-governmental
partners who have been working diligently to get resources to the
people and the places that need them most.
