Cabinet Ministers and Senior Government Officials joined Caribbean
Community (CARICOM) representatives on a fly over of the Abacos and
Grand Bahama, on September 5, 2019.  The flight was an opportunity for
those involved to see firsthand the catastrophic damage caused by
Hurricane Dorian, even though they could not access those areas by
landing. 

Among the senior CARICOM representatives taking
part in the fly-over were: Prime Minister of St. Lucia, Chairman of the
CARICOM, the Hon. Allen Chastanet; Prime Minister of Barbados, the
Hon. Mia Amor Mottley; Secretary General of CARICOM His Excellency Irwin
LaRocque; Executive Director of the Caribbean Disaster Emergency
