Prime Minister the Most Hon. Dr. Hubert Minnis traveled to North Abaco,
including a number of the Abaco cays on September 11 as part of his assessment of
relief and recovery efforts on affected islands.

The Prime
Minister was accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs and North Abaco
MP the Hon. Darren Henfield; Deputy Leader of the Official Opposition,
Mr. I. Chester Cooper; and President of the Bahamas Christian Council,
Bishop Delton Fernander.

Prime Minister Minnis visited Green
Turtle Cay and Elbow Cay, and the settlements of Cooper’s Town, Crown
Haven and Fox Town in North Abaco…
