Following the success of the Junior World Championships in October 2018,
this past week Bahamian Judo President D’Arcy Rahming met with
International Judo Federation Officials in Tokyo, Japan at the World
Judo Congress. The purpose of the meeting was to finalize details of the
Judo World Veterans Tournament coming to the Bahamas.
The
Veterans is the World’s largest judo tournament with over 1000 athletes
over the age of 35. It is a much sought after tournament as the Veterans
tend to turn the tournament into a large family vacation bringing kids
and grand kids of all ages for an extended stay…
